Our Story
Hi! We are Andrew and Gabrielle Burns and we are the founders and owners of Stress Less Virtual Assistance. With more than a decade and a half of backend website management, web site design and maintenance, CRM management, site deployment, and SEO integration, we decided that we wanted to stop working for others and making the rich even richer and instead take our knowledge and experience and seek to help those that were getting themselves off the ground or looking to scale what they had. We are a couple team who loves to do the backend work and watch your business shine through. It may seem silly that we truly love the detail work, but it is true!
Andrew has an Associate's degree in business and spent the last 5 years managing the system at Panera Bread. He designed and created the website for Pioneers based in Orlando, FL as well as the website for the consulting firm run by his dad and brother. Over the years he helped Gabrielle to fine tune the way she managed the systems in place and gave valuable insight into hot to get a better client outcome based on the website data and information. He is the big idea guy, who keeps the business and the goals clear and moving in a forward direction. He uses his skills and talents to ensure that the details are not missed while managing the big picture and the timetable for work that needs to be done. He is the backbone to the company structure and ensures all projects are completed on time.
Gabrielle spent over a decade doing website management and executive assistant work for the Executive Director of Lead4Change - a large non-profit student leadership program run by the David Novak Foundation. She found that she loved to manage calendars, clients, workflows, and website design. She loved looking at the details and putting together a plan that would work to fix the pain points as well as come across looking great for both client and boss. She uses those skills to design websites, build great SEO integration, and manage client lists and tasks. This allows her to make your life easier by also never working a day in her life because she just thrives and enjoys the work that she does. Her passion is taking something off your plate and never needing anyone to know.
